(1) A person who violates a person's bodily immunity by sexual acts is sentenced to imprisonment from five to ten years, upon the complaint of the victim. If the sexual behavior remains at the level of molestation, a prison sentence of two to five years is given. (CRIMINAL COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE)
